Shipping policy

Shipping Partner:
We ship all orders via PostEx throughout Pakistan. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and you can track your parcel on the PostEx website.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • For major cities (e.g., Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): approximately 3-5 business days from dispatch.
  • For remote or less accessible areas: up to 5-7 business days, depending on location and courier logistics.
  • Please note: these are estimates. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, regional disruptions or other factors.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping:

  • A flat shipping fee applies (for example PKR 199) for orders under a certain amount.
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a defined threshold (for example orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and applied according to delivery location and order value.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available for eligible orders. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • The parcel must be accepted before opening it when using COD unless our policy explicitly allows opening pre-payment.
  • If the delivery attempt fails (wrong address, not available, refused), additional charges may apply and the parcel may be returned to sender.

Tracking & Delivery Attempts:

  • Once dispatched you’ll receive the tracking number via email/WhatsApp/SMS.
  • The courier will attempt delivery to the address provided. If the consignee is not available, the courier may attempt a second delivery or hold the parcel at a depot for pickup.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel before signing/accepting.
  • If the packaging or item is damaged, notify us within 24-48 hours with photos and contact us to initiate a claim with PostEx.
  • Items reported after the timeframe or once used may not qualify for a claim/refund.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges must follow our separate Return & Exchange Policy. Use the tracking number and PostEx return process if applicable.
  • For returns due to size, change of mind, or incorrect items, the shipping/return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was our error).

Coverage & Limitations:

  • We deliver within Pakistan only (unless otherwise stated).
  • Delivery to very remote regions might incur additional time or charges; we’ll notify you if extra cost applies.

Policy Updates:
We reserve the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website
